Raptor ( The Ark Survival Evolved )


Initially extracted from the game "The Ark Survival Evolved" (Studio Wildcard), this model was downloaded from the SFM workshop ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1704784386 ), and converted into 3ds max by myself. After conversion, the model was rigged with simple bones, and I proceeded to add the 3ds max biped rig system over them to be able to animate it.

The .rar contains two .max files. One is "bones only" and is the model rigged on simple bones without any features, so you are free to add your own auto-rig system if you have one. The other is "Biped rig" and have the initial bones connected to a Biped rig adapted to the character, plus some extra controllers. All elements are renamed and indexed properly by layers into the 3ds max Layer Explorer for a cleaner use (Note : the biped objects are separated from the basics controllers due to biped having it's own key system). Objects in "Hide" should not be your concern.

The model also comes with 5 different diffuse maps. The normal map should math all of them.

The files are compatible for 3ds max 2013 and higher.
