Model ripped from Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Water can be animated since it's an ocean modifier.

The sun lamp has properties as shown in one of the images.

If shadows are enabled, lights will work.

Cycles option, it makes every material use the diffuse bsdf. In order to make it work in cycles, a lot of adjustments need to be done.

NOTE: I didn't use all of the textures. Shadows and water are not accurate. If I ever use it, I may fix the issues, make it closer to in-game, and animate foliage.
