A rigged futon couch. Armature is driven; you only need to mess with one bone for folding or unfolding. Corrective blendshape for mattress to negate clipping. Textures are 2k and have been packed into the blend file.
Topology has been improved. Instead of whatever the hell 50k triangles which I'm sure people LOVE me for, now the entire project is down to 9.5k. Blame Bevel.
Root Bone now actually does something! You can use it to transform the entire futon.
Textures have been updated to reflect the new absolutely trash UVs I had to accept. It still looks ok. TBH looks better than whatever I tried before. Thank you Poly Haven.
Drivers for the corrective blendshape have been adjusted to compensate for new topology and weighting. Surprisingly this gives the futon a better look when propped up.
Open3DLab is a free service. However, it costs about $0.03 to deliver you a 1GB file. With over 20TB of traffic every month and growing, Open3DLab needs your help. If only 1% of our users each gave us $5 for a single month, we could keep the site running for several years.
