Description
so, for Christmas I got a 3D printer and I thought I'd make a few bases for my printable figrues to make it easier for them to stand. so yeah, enjoy!
WARNING!
I'm still new to 3D printing and I don't know everything about 3D printing so If you're having trouble with these, I might be unable to help depending on your issue. also, do NOT press "ALT + S" on these bases, It'll reset the size or change some of them. another thing, the "Ground" base has the "Multires" modifier, make sure to apply the modifier before doing anything with that base. after applying your model to a base, make sure to scale it down in Blender (or your slicing software.)
Amogus figure not included lol
Q&A
- So... What is this?
These are little stands for your figures! you can attach your character, object or whatever to one of these bases and do some tweaking and then print your model! with these stands, it'll be easier for your figures to stand up!
- How do I use these?
I'm more then happy to show you how! I actually have 2 tutorials related to that! Click here for preparing rigged characters for 3D printing or Here for adding the base to a prepared model!
- Is it okay if I sell these?
please don't sell the bases by themselves. however, if you make a figure that is standing on one of these bases, feel free to sell the figure. just credit me for the base.
