Here is my port of the Howard Estate from Tekken 7. There are normal static mesh doors and rigid body versions of them. Keep in mind, the rigid body fence will explode apart upon activation.

In cycles, the skydome can be used as an HDRI by increasing the emission of it. However in eevee and actual HDRI or other light sources will have to be used instead. Remember that there is a skydome switcher for one of skydomes which can be accessed in the shader editor. There is also animated meshes from Geese Howard's in-game intro. There is a camera parented to the armature. All lights are instanced. If there are any problems, or ways I could improve this, don't hesitate to let me know. (Apart from the lack of background mountains and cliffs, as that will be added in a future update).
