This stage works better for cycles because the emission of the skydome can be used as a HDRI as seen in the preview images. Use eevee, and you'll need to set up the lighting yourself.
If you know how to set up better water shaders, then I recommend that you do because this is just a 'water_n.png' normal map tiled across the entire floor.
