  • Sports Climbing Stage (or multi-purpose if you simply hide the equipment)
  • Visitor stands, TV Equipment, Tent Area
  • Recognizable Tokyo/Odaiba Island Landmark buildings and art
  • many of the mid and far distance buildings are facades only. no back walls
  • grouped into 147 objects and 160 materials, organized via 9 collections

Materials should work for both Cycles & Eevee. Shadows and indirect lighting in such a large scene are tricky, I'd suggest going with small, specialized light probes. No animated actors contained in the scene, add some Chaos and Toads to liven things up.
