You will have to redo the armature/skeleton if you want to animate their mouth and eyes
*quick tips just rename each bones, that will also change the vertex group I tested it with Operator 21O her original hair was in another armature. it will save some time for the skinning process.
I hid the LOD, delete them if you dont want them.
If you want to change the colour of the hair, then just use the MixRGB node. I did that with Devola and Popola, because their hair colour was greyish. Or just open photoshop and change the colour there.
The boy and the female YorHa units and the resistances members have multiples setup just hide whatever you want
edit:I forgot to turn off the blank eyes mesh for the commander when rendering and I don't want to reupload, just toggle it off. And Devola face disabled in render(lol) you have to toggle it back on. sorry.
