This is a modified model from the game that can be used to animate with. (IK bones, Eye Tracking, Toe roll bones). It comes with premade facial Shapekeys. Includes Gun Blade. Organized bones in Layers
note* model also comes with lighting set. If you want to just append the model go in collections and just select "Dissidia Squall" and "rig objects"
