[Overwatch] Complete Blizzard World map ported and setup for Blender 2.82a / Eevee real time.

Description

Ported some parts of this map a while back and then thought might as well do the whole thing. Took a while, but turned out nicely I think.

Different areas of the map are separated into different collections so you can (and should) turn off parts that you do not need for your scene. Doing so should improve performance / reduce render times further. Also Eevee will probably crash / thrown an error in the console if you try to render every single light at the same time.
